One of the greatest issues is with China, whose leaders are ramping up their propaganda machines to push anti-U.S. narratives to shift the blame for the global crisis. Their propaganda machine, Hoffman said, shows that the Chinese dictatorship doesn't have their peoples' best interests in mind.
