Prior to joining the San Marcos team, Jack Griffin served as city manager of Sebastopol, California, which is located in Sonoma County’s wine country. He has also worked for the City of Chula Vista as the director of public works and director of general services and the Township of Moon, Pennsylvania as their assistant township manager and planning director.
