The first time Dr. Star Rivera-Lacey stepped on the campus of Palomar College she was five years old. Now she is leading the community college as the recently named Superintendent/President. Star shares her journey in higher education. As Palomar College celebrates its 75th anniversary learn about some of the 150 programs this San Marcos gem has to offer. We also discuss how Palomar College has helped students in need, 100% of students who wish for an education at Palomar College will have the opportunity.
