30-year-old Jesus Alejandro Ramirez-Padilla faces attempted murder charges in Salt Lake City after allegedly attacking a woman in an alley, leaving her with a deep neck wound. The victim was walking with Ramirez-Padilla when he suddenly turned violent, confessing to strangling and slashing her throat. Homeowner security footage helped identify Ramirez-Padilla, who was found nearby with blood on his hands and pants. Hes now in jail as the woman recovers from her injuries.
