Bishop Richard Crockett Edgley, a revered leader in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, passed away at 90. He served nearly two decades in the Presiding Bishopric, guiding the churchs temporal affairs. Edgley, first called as second counselor in 1992, later became first counselor to Presiding Bishop H. David Burton from 1996 to 2012. He worked closely with key figures, contributing to major church welfare and building efforts. Edgleys dedicated service and quiet leadership are remembered worldwide.
