ホリデーシーズンや年末年始で飲み過ぎ、食べ過ぎてしまい、今年こそは気になるあの部分（下腹部）をへこませたい！と思っているひとはいませんか？前回に引き続き、ニューヨークの大手スポーツジムで長年パーソナルトレーナー兼インストラクターとして活躍している日本人トレーナーのタローさんをゲストにお迎えし、全体の脂肪を落とす方法や、腹筋群のインナーマッスルとして知られる「腹横筋」の鍛え方、そしてお家で簡単にできる腹筋トレーニングなどについて、詳しくお話をして頂きました！ぜひ聞いてくださいね。
