30. It’s the Challenges That Change Us
Let’s face it, it’s been a challenging year for all of us. Just consider the impact the COVID-19 global pandemic has had on each of us – this year has been a huge challenge! We’ve all been forced outside our comfort zones and into a place that feels very uncomfortable, and very challenging. But what I want to talk about today is how it’s these very challenges that we face that show us who we really are. It’s the challenges that force us to grow. It’s the challenges that change us – sometimes in profound ways – that we never would have experienced if it weren’t for going through all the discomfort of those challenges. The challenges we face are ESSENTIAL for our growth as human beings. Running Lean: Weight Loss Masterclass for Runners Our next intensive masterclass for runners begins Monday, August 3rd. The Running Mind Podcast Is Getting a New Name
I’m here with a special edition of the podcast to give you a quick update on what’s coming – The Running Mind Podcast is getting a new name! I want the podcast name to more accurately represent the material I’m teaching, and so I’m making a very minor change to the name of the show. You don’t have to do anything at all. The next time you download an episode, it will have a different picture and you’ll see the new name, that’s really about it! I’ll still be delivering the same great content that you love: running mindset, nutrition, weight loss, becoming fat-adapted, running motivation, and so much more! I’ll just be doing it under a slightly different name. So, what’s the new name? You’ll have to listen to find out!
