The Royals have been super-ultra-mega bad this season, but that might finally change for the better. Over the last six games, the offense has finally shown progress even at the expense of pitchers like Jordan Lyles (who?) and Ryan Yarbrough (what?); meanwhile the #1 anime antagonist of 2023, the schedule, is finally showing us mercy by letting us play bad teams like the St. Louis Cardinals and the Las Vegas Baseball Team (name subject to change). Is our long national nightmare finally over?!?!?!?!
