Happy 4th of July! For this holiday episode, we are sharing one of our favorites from the year that celebrates our military and our country. Kelli Campbell-Goodnow and Colleen Katzenberger are members of a distinguished class of military spouses known as Gold Star Wives. The Gold Star Wives are survivors of those who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom. Kelli and Colleen are two of countless spouses who were given the insurmountable task of keeping their soldiers’ story alive while also rewriting their own. Folds of Honor, an incredible organization that provides support and scholarships to spouses and children of America's fallen helped the women to chart new paths forward for themselves and their families. Now, through their work with Folds of Honor, Kelli and Colleen are paying it forward, and helping other military families who are forced to deal with the unimaginable.
