Michael Tracy is owner and Managing Principal of OMNI Human Resource Management, a management and human resources consulting firm located in Overland Park, KS. OMNI employs a staff of 20 professionals and has served over 500 organizations throughout the region. Prior to forming his company in 1998, Michael spent over 20 years working in corporate human resource leadership roles with various companies. Since 1998, Michael has spent considerable time working within small and mid-size market enterprises.
