Former MLB pitcher Bruce Chen is Vice President of the Carlos Fortuna Organization. Monica Ramirez, an English instructor with the Kansas City Royals is President. Carlos was a young Royals pitcher with a bright future before he was diagnosed with stage IV liver cancer. The Carlos Fortuna Organization carries on the legacy of a man who passed away at the age of 22. Their vision is to help parents of young men, who are preparing to become professional baseball players in Latin American countries.
