Peter Clune took over in May 2020 as the chief executive officer of Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance brokerage. He is one of the few non-family members to run the company in Lockton’s 53-year history. He most recently served as Lockton’s US President and COO. Lockton nhas 7,500 associates in more than 125 countries. Peter spoke with Joel Goldberg about the challenge of leading during a pandemic and small ball focusing on the importance of every interaction.
