The girl is sleeping in peace now…” A little later, the same day, a video goes viral on Turkish social media - specifically Discord. A woman screams ‘Ikbal’ as she’s held back by a crowd of people. Clear as day in front of her, in the middle of a busy street is her daughter’s decapitated head. A second video goes viral. A boy, 19 yo as well, jumps from the edge of a building with a rope around his neck. October 4, 2024 three 19 year olds die in the same city. Their deaths all connected and viral on Discord.
