Show Notes
Pinal County farmer Paco Ollerton speaks of the value of forage crops grown in Arizona as if our lives depended on them. If our livestock didn't have access to them specifically alfalfa, we would not have the local dairy and beef food supply we do for Arizona. But technology comes to the rescue using less water with more yields. Paco details the story with Arizona Farm Bureau's Julie Murphree.
