So often we are told we need to shoot higher, keep hustling to reach the next level, that the next playing field is better and that we should not settle for where we are. But the truth is, it is OK to be happy where you are today! It doesn't mean that you won't move forward if God calls you to; it just means that you have found peace where you are.
