In this new episode of Every Rockie Ever, Dustin and Skyler look back on the Rockies' careers of two key pitchers from the 2009 season. First, they look back at the historic season of Jason Marquis. Acquired from the Cubs, Marquis won 15 games, was an All-Star and was a model of success for how a pitcher could have an immediate impact on the team. Then, then look at the solid career of Jason Hammel after acquiring him from Tampa Bay. For three years Hammel was a rotation staple and workhorse backend rotation piece before moving on to have a career-highs elsewhere.
