Dr. Rachelle Jug is the passionate owner of Gainsborough Family Chiropractic and takes great pride in working with her husband Dr. Kresimir Jug. She is also a Director at Life By Design for Chiropractors where they work at innovating processes, tools and strategies to help Chiropractors transition and thrive in a 3rd Chiropractic Paradigm Model.
Dr. Rachelle loved Chiropractic, looking after children and families, building life long relationships with people, and building a great practice with her husband, but then when she became a mother, everything changed. She realized she loved looking after her two young boys and watching them grow! Since then Dr. Rachelle has successfully returned to practice while not losing time with her children, and she has a found a new passion talking with woman about how they can also achieve this fulfilling lifestyle.
In this conversation with Dr. Melissa Longo How she blocks her time, the rituals that keep her grounded and connected to her family, and how she's adjusted her expectations since becoming a mother.
