Podcaster Robert Knauer tells listeners about a real life government contract fraud case that all started with a contract whistleblower while naked in the shower at Bally's Holiday Health Spa in Virginia Beach, VA in 1989. The incident evolved into one of the largest Dept. of Justice fraud cases ever tried in the state of Virginia at the time. It involved NIS (now NCIS), DCIS, CID, OSI and the FBI. Agents of the NCIS, John Lambert and Charlie Jones friends of Robert Knauer helped him present the case to the FBI.
