Less golf courses, streets that are less wide, fewer sewers, streets without sewers, fewer REC Centers, Smaller Adult pools, fewer recreation areas per capita, and so much more. Amenity fees are increasing and have gone from 135 dollars to today at 196 dollars monthly Costs across the board for electrical, property taxes, insurance are all at extreme levels.
