As Paul Mullin lay flat on the turf of the Snapdragon Stadium it is safe to say Wrexham fans home and away had an intake of breath.

He has since been discharged from hospital but Wrexham are now preparing to head into the new season without their talismanic striker.

With Rich still away - although he does make a brief appearance from a Japanese departure lounge - friend of the pod James Kelly steps in to talk Mullin's lungs, who steps up in his absence and whether Parky needs to go into the transfer market.
