Fortunately for me, my friend Nic Hentges happens to be the vice president of the Minnesota Bluegrass & Old Time Music Association and is going to be playing a concert not too far from me this evening. I’m willing to sound like an idiot in front of a friend if it means diving deep and learning more about this gorgeous musical genre.
