Pastor Rob reminded us that forgiveness isn’t a side theme of our faith—it is the measure of grace itself, calling us to release, send away and cancel every offense without limit. Pastor Rob challenges us to rearrange our lives so that God is first—not just in belief, but in practice—because tithing is not transactional, it’s relational. As partners in the Kingdom, we reject the voice of mammon and choose open-handed trust, knowing that when we seek first His Kingdom.

Dick Brogden reminded us that being a friend of Jesus means more than affection; it’s loyalty, empathy and trust in action. When we share His heart, steward His mission and allow His strength to work through our weakness, we become true friends who honor His trust and carry His name to the world.

Pastor Kirk Graham reminded us that God is our Father and that we’re called to equip the next generation to stand firm in truth, grace and faith. He challenged us to fight for our families and raise children who live out the gospel with power, purpose and the armor of God.

Pastor Rob Ketterling reminds us that Jesus can change your family today. From Nehemiah 4, he challenges us to fight for our families with faith, peace and love—building homes rooted in prayer, worship and God’s presence.

We celebrated 30 years of River Valley Church and declared that the best is yet to come! In this anniversary message, Pastor Rob reflects on God’s faithfulness, reminding us that this milestone isn’t the finish line but the launching pad and that God’s past grace strengthens us to live differently today and walk boldly into the future He’s preparing.

Dr. Joel Muddamalle reminded us that God’s nearness isn’t dependent on our awareness, and that the cross was where blessing moved through brokenness and back to blessing. This message calls us to place our hope in the crucifixion and resurrection, where Jesus redeems our brokenness and invites us to walk with Him in the fullness of His presence.

Pastor Logan Ketterling reminded us that Jesus wept not because He lacked power, but because His compassion for His people is as much a part of His nature as His strength. This message calls us to love our neighbor with the same depth of empathy, weeping for the lost and pointing them to the hope and salvation only found in Jesus.

This weekend, Aaron Pierce, of Stieger International, continued in our Love Your Neighbor series. Through Nehemiah 1:1–4, we were reminded that our mission is impossible in human strength, but God delights in using ordinary people with broken hearts who humbly pray and respond to His call.

Pastor Rob started week one of our new series, Love Your Neighbor. He taught from Luke 10:25–37 on the Good Samaritan. He reminded us that while discipleship is important, it must be covered in love, and that Jesus never authorizes excuses when it comes to caring for others.

Pastor Kirk unpacks 3 John, reminding us that our faith must be rooted in truth and lived with integrity. He challenges us to embrace our identity in Christ, surrender daily and serve willingly so that our lives align with what we believe.

Pastor Rob unpacks 2 John, showing us that it’s more than a letter on hospitality; it’s a guardrail that protects our faith by keeping truth and love together. We can open our homes without opening the door to compromise, pressing forward in both discernment and devotion.

Pastor Rob reminded us that we don’t fight for victory but from it. Jesus has already overcome the world. When we love God and walk in His ways, obedience becomes a glad surrender and we live in the constant reality of victory.

Pastor Davey continues in our 1 John sermon series. He challenged us to test every spirit, knowing that true teaching always points to the real Jesus. As we hold fast to Him, our confession and our love should align, revealing a life transformed by His perfect love.

Pastor Kirk Graham preached from 1 John 3 with a clear call: you can’t run with the world and walk with God. As children of God, we’re not called to tolerate sin; we’re called to eradicate it. Sin is deadly and Jesus came to take it away. It’s time to live like we belong to God, set apart, purified, and fully His.

Pastor Rob continued in 1 John 2, reminding us that Jesus is our advocate, standing in our place, declaring us forgiven and free. He called us to live set apart from the world, embracing a new way of thinking, desiring and deciding as we abide daily in God’s presence.

In this message from Pastor Rob Ketterling, we go back to the basics in 1 John 1, rediscovering what it means to walk in the light, live in fellowship with God and how to respond to conviction. He reminds us that when we go to the altar, we don’t get condemned, we get cleansed, redeemed and drawn closer to God.

John Bevere reminded us of the awe of God found in holiness. Preaching from Ephesians 1:4 and 1 Peter 1:14-15, he shared that we are called to live set apart, not just in position but in our daily conduct.

Pastor Jamer Shrum encouraged us to be the light. Preaching from Matthew 5:13-16, he reminded us that we are called to shine brightly for Jesus. We are called to live our lives on earth set apart. Sharing the Good News so that others may be drawn to the light of Christ.

Pastor Kirk Graham reminded us that Jesus is coming back, what a day that will be! One day we’ll see Him face to face, free from all shame, pain and sorrow, living in His Forever Glory. Until then, we live holy and expectant, loving with hopeful anticipation for our King’s return.

We live for God's Forever Glory story. Our lives are part of His greater story. But many in our culture have “walked off the page,” trying to write their own story apart from Him. Pastor Rob reminds us that without God at the center, we lose our sense of purpose, meaning, identity and hope. Now more than ever, people are open and we’re called to invite them back into the story they were always meant to live.

Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge Choir came to sing songs of praise and worship and share powerful testimonies of what God is doing in their lives.

We wrapped up our Defense Against the Dark series on Pentecost Sunday with a powerful reminder from Pastor Rob: Spiritual warfare is real, but so is the power we've been given. Through the baptism in the Holy Spirit, we are equipped to stand firm and walk in victory. The gifts of the Spirit aren’t just for then, they’re for now.

Pastor Rob exposes the rise and danger of spiritual counterfeits that imitate God’s truth but open doors to deception and demonic influence. It calls believers to reject these practices, embrace full surrender to Jesus, and walk in the authority and freedom found in Him alone.
