Robert is a proven transformational and motivational problem solver, consultant, coach and speaker. He has over two decades of experience leading business and culture transformation for major brands including: Owens Cumming, Sam’s Club, Bank of America and Capital One Bank. Robert's leadership experience started with roles at Owens Corning and Sam's Club. His banking career began at Bank of America where he served as a branch manager and ultimately a Senior Vice President in mortgage operations. He continued his career in financial services at Capital One where he served as Director of Mortgage Sales Practices and President of the African American Employee Resource Group. In 2017, Robert started RHJ Consulting Group, LLC. His practice specializes in helping organizations and individuals design practical yet transformative diversity & inclusion, employee resource group, leadership and business strategies. He is a proven leader, coach and speaker with a passion and focus on developing and inspiring people to achieve their best. Robert's presentation style is well suited for audiences of all sizes; his delivery is engaging, informative and entertaining. In his career and life, he consistently demonstrates his commitment to leadership and development by coaching, mentoring, and sponsoring others. A native Floridian, Robert is a graduate of Florida Memorial University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
