Deidra holds a Bachelor's in Communications from UTSA (2009) with a concentration in Public Relations with a Business (minor). Deidra is a modern Thought Leader in the new era. She has created an environment where adult learners can thrive, and tomorrow's career professionals are doing just that under her literacy strategy and accessible service-delivery systems. Deidra practices the nonprofits mission with poise, daily modeling her own mastery of literacy skills acquired as an adult. She offers her story as just an example of her readiness to continue tireless work for today's adult learners with a focus on gathering research to help improve the overall adult literacy sphere of influence for all learners. Her pay-it-forward attitude has worked diligently to bring up the next generation offering accredited coursework to students through the program. Mayberry allows adult learners to reach their highest potential giving them the best chance at future success in a wide array of professional industries.
