David Norman fell in love with bread during a trip to northern Europe. So much so that it baking became his passion and career for over 30 years. After baking all over the USA he settled in Austin and opened Easy Tiger Bake Shop and Beer Garden, which has just opened its second location.
In this episode David shares what triggered his bread obsession, the many mentors he's had over the years, the difference between training and teaching and what it's like working with talented business partners.
