I’ve attended several of the Badlands Media’s Great American Restoration Tour events since the initial one in Chandler, AZ. My brother Duane and I recently attended the one in early March in Las Vegas, where there were several very interesting panel discussions about a wide variety of subjects. One of the things that stood out to me were some comments made by the Badlands streamer known as “GMONEY”, who is a fierce and passionate advocate for Bitcoin. What are the **facts** that unfolded over the past week and a half with the Epstein Files, the DOJ, the FBI and the NY SDNY/NY FBI Field Office? After a few days of watching the fallout of the ‘Epstein Binder/SDNY Shenanigans’ the past few days, I think it’s time to remind people that every yahoo on X.com who is doing the “BREAKING NEWS!” thing isn’t engaging in journalism, most of them are trying to build a brand based pushing emotional hype. They do it because it works. A lot of positive things came out of Musk monetizing the engagement of top accounts on X, but there are drawbacks and negatives to it, as there is with most things in life. It’s understandable given the stakes as things unfold in this 2nd Trump term in a way some didn’t expect that there will be emotional outbursts, expressions of growing frustration, angry calls for Trump to fire certain team members [just 5 weeks into the new administration].2 things are happening right now that should be kept in mind:* The exposure of just how vast and deep the corruption is of the federal system that Trump and his Cabinet are attempting to get control of and* The proof that Trump and Bondi and Kash and Pete and Tulsi and RFK Jr. **do not have full operational control yet** when agencies are caught hiding stuff from them or defying their commands. The exposure of the corruption and the attempt to get full control are happening PARALLEL TO EACH OTHER. This is what most of the stupid clickbait engagement farming either ignores or is blind to. It’s understandable that we all WISH Trump and Bondi and Kash and Tulsi and RFK Jr. and Pete had full control RIGHT NOW so they could just roll forward unobstructed. But like the saying goes, “If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.” Many MAGA community people out there are constantly being stirred up into a counter-productive emotional state by social media influencers on X that they've been lulled into mistaking for journalists.Because these social media influencer accounts do the 'BREAKING NEWS!' headline with no real sources all day long and constantly crow about how 'WE ARE THE MEDIA NOW!'Hey, they must be 'real journalists' because they 'break news' all the time, right? 😬Are social media engagement farmers really 'the media now'? That Epstein Binder photo op outside the White House earlier this week is a good opportunity to separate the wheat from the chaff; the real new media journalists from those with hidden agendas or who are just chasing the $. There's a big difference between REAL journalism and OUTRAGE CLICKBAIT ENGAGEMENT FARMING, and I don't think enough people understand the difference yet.In a 5th Generation Information War, the side that best understands how propaganda is being used against it while countering the enemy propaganda with the truth in a better story is going to win the fight. Trump’s 2nd week in the Oval Office in this new term has been anything but sedate. It got to the point I was afraid to unplug because he would very likely do something while I was offline! He’s moving quickly to keep all of the promises he made to his base repeatedly in the numerous rallies he held during this last campaign. After the somnolent 4 years of the slow-shuffling Joe Biden, the blitzkrieg pace at which Trump is moving has already exhausted much of the mainstream media and certainly the Democrats, who are struggling to form a coherent plan of action to try to get in front of a President who is moving at lightening speed. Given the shenanigans at the OPM and the Treasury Department where lifelong bureaucrats were caught flat-footed as Elon Musk and the new minted Dept. of Gov’t Efficiency [DOGE] sought access to the disbursement data of more than $6 trillion in payouts over the past year, the right questions are now being asked. Is this the first there’s been a REAL transition where the incoming administration isn’t being ‘locked out’ from gaining control of the actual money? If it turns out that a lot of people’s suspicions have been correct, and massive amounts of US taxpayer dollars are being stolen/laundered as ‘foreign aid’ to a hidden ‘fourth branch of the government’ - a bunch of shady NGO’s - there will be no going back once this exposure is complete. All my content at this Substack has been free to read since I eliminated the paywall back in late 2022.As I discuss in the video above, I started the Substack in August of 2021 using the same ‘pay-to-read’ subscription model that many Substack content creators use. But after about a year, I decided this was not the way I wanted to do things. Not during this Great Awakening. So I took the paywall down in November of 2022.Since that time, I have relied on people who choose to be paying subscribers to support my fulltime writing & researching.As you can see from the screenshot below, it took a long time, but my paying subscribers have finally dipped below 1,000. I do need a certain amount of income from this Substack to continue to do what I do full-time. I am hoping to stave off having to get a part-time job that will eat into my time. As many of you may recall, from mid-2018 thru late 2019, I did both writing/researching and a newspaper delivery job for the Corpus Christi Caller-Times. I was ecstatic when I was able to leave that newspaper delivery job - which I’d had since 2009 - to write for The Epoch Times & Uncover DC full time. When my column writing for both publications stalled in the summer of 2021, I launched this Substack in an attempt to avoid having to get a new full time job to pay the bills. The Substack succeeded beyond my wildest expectations. People love the original content & the outside-the-box coverage I am able to provide. But like I said: after the first year, I was no longer comfortable using the pay-to-read model, and decided to move to pay-to-support model. Of course, I understood what was going to happen when I did this, especially since the country was deeply in the grips of ‘Bidenomics’ When you make something FREE, people have less incentive to pay for it. And that’s perfectly understandable. So a lot of people who were paying the $5/month cancelled their subscriptions because why pay for something that is being provided to you now free of charge? The slow bleed of paying subscribers did not affect my ability to pay bills or write/research full-time until it dipped below the 1,000 mark just over a month ago in early November. We are headed into a very exciting time where a lot of the issues I’ve been covering as a journalist since 2018 are going to begin ‘paying off’, as it were. I am hoping to have the financial freedom to attend certain trials and events in person over the next few years. That’s why I have set the goal of getting the paying subscribers back up to 1,000+. To briefly summarize the video: I discuss how we are designed beings with wonderfully and magnificently created bodies that need NATURAL sources and signals to thrive. Modern society has hemmed us in to the point that:1. Our exposure to sunlight is minimal2. Our exposure to the bare Earth is almost nonexistent3. We are surrounded after sunset by bright artificial light4. We live in a literal Toxic Food Culture that teaches us to vastly overfeed ourselves with the wrong things5. We're taught to vastly minimize our consumption of salt and animal fat6. We're living in a 'sitting' culture that traps many people in a sedentary lifestyle where they spend more than 85% of their time sitting down7. We never challenge our bodies and instead, we pamper them, so they adapt to this by becoming weak and sluggishTo combat these seven things, we need to pursue the natural forces & signals our bodies are designed to 'soak in' and get our daily/nightly energy from: 1. Sunlight2. Dark [yes, as the Earth is itself, we too are designed by God to be creatures that thrive in the dark when we are sleeping]3. Magnetism/Grounding on the Earth4. Sea Salt [Minerals & electrolytes]5. Water6. Oxygen/Carbon Dioxide7. Cold/Heat [to 'shock' the body into full gear]8. Real Food Diet9. Movement/Exercise [RESIST THE SIT!]10. Fasting/Time-Restricted Eating Doing these 10 things, especially tossing the Toxic Fake Food for Real Food, will greatly increase your health. And I've discovered that the idea that the only way our body gets energy is by eating is 100% false. While Real Food certainly does supply the body with energy, your body is wonderfully designed to take natural forces like sunlight, magnetism, oxygen/C02 and convert them to energy as well. The difference between a human body limited to only one energy source [food] and one that is regularly tapping in to not only food, but multiple OTHER energy sources as well [food, sunlight, oxygen/CO2, magnetism/grounding] can be stunning. I've been able to 'bio-hack' my way from getting only 4-5 hours of sleep per night since this past March to a steady state of 8+ hours over the past week. The difference in my energy levels and mental clarity from struggling through a day after only 4-5 hours of sleep to 8+ hours is AMAZING. I've listed the 10 steps in this post and discussed them in the video above; anybody can do them. Sunlight is free. So is walking on the grass. [Well, in most places!]. Breathing exercises don't cost anything. Completely darkening and cooling your bedroom, removing all distractions = 0 price tag. Taking an ice-cold shower every morning won't break your bank. Sea Salt doesn't cost all that much more than the worthless regular table salt. A good hydrogen water bottle is about $70. Fasting doesn't cost anything - or Big Pharma would've found a way to make money on it by now. What I'm saying is...what's stopping you from trying this? If you're struggling to sleep and have low energy all the time...give this a try. What kind of a look would it be to say, “[COUGH COUGH] Sorry guys, my health is deteriorating; I’ve decided not to run for reelection, but don’t worry…I’M STILL HEALTHY ENOUGH TO KEEP RUNNING THE COUNTRY AS PRESIDENT until January 20, 2025!” Don’t overlook the massive FRAUD of the Democratic/UniParty that has now been inarguably laid bare in front of the entire country due to ONE televised debate: They ALL knew this guy wasn’t fit for office for the past 3 1/2 years…and they ALL covered up for him and propped him up anyway. Not just the political UniParty Machine…the Mockingbird Media was in on the fraud, too. They just spent 3 years raising hundreds of millions of dollars from donors for the Biden/Harris campaign the entire time that they knew Biden was having real and obvious issues that interfere with his ability to do the job of President.They own this s**t sandwich. And they’re going to have to EAT ALL OF IT, a bite at a time, as I said on X last night: Some other things that occurred to me as I watched the debate and then the massive fallout from it mushroom in real-time: A lot of pundits and political commentators spent the run-up to the debate insisting that Trump was making a massive mistake by agreeing to go on CNN with these moderators under these rules. I strongly disagreed with that in an earlier post. When Biden literally mentally glitched during the debate and froze up, Trump’s face said it all: After weeks of speculation, since the debate was scheduled and the rules were publicized on how the moderators would cut Trump off and disable his mic, this caught everybody watching by surprise: Tapper ended up cutting short Biden’s mumbled answers several times as Trump watched with a bemused look on his face. The fallout from this debate fiasco will ripple outward for weeks. The sheer abject panic on the faces and in the voices of the CNN and MSNBC post-debate panels that I saw was very revealing: Now that the whole UniParty world is turning on Biden en masse, how much longer does Attorney General Merrick Garland defy that congressional subpoena for the Biden interview with former Special Counsel Robert Hur? A week? Two weeks? Yes, indeed, the 25th Amendment has come back to haunt Joe Biden, just as Donald Trump said it would. After watching an hour of the panicked response to the debate on CNN and MSNBC, I posted this: It’s no secret what’s going to happen to the Fake News polls over the next couple of months after that shitshow of a debate by Biden. For their own CREDIBILITY, the Fake News pollsters are going to have to drop Biden’s numbers and raise Trump’s - or they’ll make their fraud far too obvious. You can’t keep trying to influence the public if you give the game away. Polls are utilized to try to SHAPE public perception. But what the public is PERCEIVING here is so obvious that the pollsters don’t dare directly challenge it. And not since the ‘news media’ covered up for FDR’s incapacitation have Democrats and their media business partners engaged in such subterfuge against the public. That corrupt and evil party - and their UniParty business partners in the GOP Establishment - are not going to escape the fallout now that what they’ve done in stealing the 2020 election and then covering up for Biden’s true condition has been exposed. This plan that Ivan Raiklin is discussing on his social media is absolute lunacy. Elon Musk isn't getting within yodeling distance of any plan to hand Twitter/X.com evidence to anyone that would be used to launch organized armed 'peaceful swatting raids' on anybody. And that's just one of the big problems with the fantasy Raiklin is selling here. I mention several other issues. If you’ve been glancing at the Fake News lately, you’ve seen just how worried the Deep State and its media minions are about Trump’s 2nd and last term turning into some kinda ‘Revenge Tour’.Well, they SHOULD be worried.Trump himself is making it no real secret what he intends to do to the Deep State if he gets back in charge of the federal government.I have people who say to me, “Well, it won’t do any good for him to get back in there ‘cause, hey, he never really had control of the federal government the first time. They often ignored him, hid stuff from him, spied on him, sandbagged him, etc.”Well, that’s true. I would not deny it. Trump never really had full, hands-on control of the feds the first time he was elected President. But have you listened to him lately?You must be assuming he’s stupid or something if you tell me he doesn’t understand that. He talks about it all the time at his rallies. He’s VERY WELL AWARE that just the DOJ and the FBI were chock-full of DNC/Hillary Clinton/Deep State operatives out to stab him in the back even before he took office on Jan 20, 2017.Last time Trump didn’t have the popular support to pretty much GUT THE ENTIRE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND TOTALLY REFORM IT.A second term in the White House? He’s already saying he knows he’ll have the popular support and the American people will cheer him on when he starts doing it GOOD AND HARD to the people who FULLY DESERVE to have it done good and hard to them.But people clap back at me on social media by saying stuff like this:“Nah, bro, Trump will be doing trade-offs with the GOP Establishment in a second term just like he did in the first term. He’ll have to make lousy cabinet picks, etc.”This is how I can tell you’ve been consuming too much Fake News.Trump’s been engaged in an eight-year-long HOSTILE TAKEOVER of the GOP. Hello? Did you miss all of that?He drove out The Ronna after helping her expose herself to fail spectacularly, and new RNC Chair Michael Whatley got an eyeful of that before his ascension. At his elbow is Trump’s own daughter-in-law Lara Trump. He’s being watched. From up close. And he knows it. One false move and he’ll be gone.No, Trump won’t be saddled with a Reince Priebus or a Sean Spicer this go-round. He doesn’t have to do any freaking deals with the GOPe.For anything.Hell, those were the people who were so DESPERATE TO STOP HIM from securing the GOP nomination that they dumped hundreds of millions of their biggest NeoCon establishment donor’s money into the campaigns of Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley. After bankrupting them and HUMILIATING them, Trump’s gonna turn around and do a deal with them? Why? What, exactly, does he need the GOP establishment for at this point? Somebody’s gonna have to explain that one to me.Remember when some people made it a huge point to claim the reason the Trump base needed to abandon him and jump on the DeSantis train was that “We’d only have Trump for four more years, he can’t run for reelection! But Ron can! We’d get eight years of Ron!” and they acted like this was a compelling point?Listen to me very carefully: when the deep and total and full corruption of your federal government has been laid bare over the past 4 very painful years, including how it’s illegally censoring hundreds of millions of Americans on social media via proxy cutouts, you don’t need a conventional politician to come in there and try to ‘manage’ it for eight years.And I’ll tell you why.That guy, whether Ron or somebody else, will restrict himself to work within the GOP establishment because his eye is going to be LOCKED ON to his reelection bid in 2028. Absolutely, he will temper and moderate and compromise and tone down any reforms because he needs to face the voters again in four years and **then** he’ll say he’s going to fully unleash himself against all that same vile corruption that’s oppressing the country. TRUMP DOESN’T HAVE THAT PROBLEM.Because if Trump wins reelection this November, he CAN’T run for President again. He’s gonna have NO REASON WHATSOEVER to moderate or compromise his federal government reforms because he’s NOT going to be facing the voters again.He can LET ‘ER RIP.And he’s already TALKING at length at his rallies about doing that.Trump won’t have to play nice with ANYBODY. I've spent years watching all the arguments about whether or not Trump was deliberately following some 'plan' when it came to exposing/destroying the Deep State. I have friends in the Q community. Should the Supreme Court find that the Biden Administration’s “Censorship State” is illegal and that it has been unconstitutionally censoring millions of Americans by suppressing accurate and factual information to protect official government false narratives?I don’t see The Censorship State machine just meekly rolling over and dying on command. Trying to stop the exposure of its manifest lies on a variety of issues is proving to be extremely difficult without that total narrative control it used to enjoy. Which is a big reason for the new Tik Tok Trojan Horse bill that just passed the US House and is on its way to consideration in the Senate.What’s going to happen if/when the SCOTUS orders the Deep State federal bureaucracy to turn off its censorship machinery?There are several courses of action that could result:* The Deep State gives up and shuts it all down. It’s the most unlikely outcome until Trump gets back.* The Deep State only appears to shut it down and surreptitiously attempts to keep the censorship going in a hidden fashion. This is the most likely outcome.* The Deep State openly defies the SCOTUS and ignores the ruling. This would result in a constitutional crisis since the Court is a constitutionally created branch of the US government, co-equal with the federal branch.Given the number of surprising things that have happened over the past few years, I can’t rule out #3. The Deep State is currently in an existential fight for its survival, a fight it is losing. And a dying animal does desperate things. The approaching 2024 election is the key. The Deep State is counting on being able to censor and suppress during the build-up to the election, during the election itself, and the aftermath of the election. If it gets told by the SCOTUS during this Spring or Summer that it cannot do that, that it must shut its precious censorship apparatus down completely? And the Deep State tells SCOTUS to eff off and keeps censoring anyway? Or it made a pretense of following the Court’s order but gets caught red-handed doing A Very Bad Thing?We’d end up in a constitutional crisis all right, with the election at the very center of it.So I’ll be following this case with keen interest and observing how the Biden Administration responds if the SCOTUS rules in favor of the plaintiffs. Here’s my video explaining why federal officers at the DOJ, the FBI, or a Special Counsel's Office cannot indict their own Chief Executive. While he is their Chief Executive. Once he's no longer their Chief Executive? Well, then, they can indict him as many times as they want after he leaves office.But until one of these things happens? * A President resigns * A President fails in a reelection bid, and a successor is sworn in, * A President gets both impeached and then convicted in a Senate trial and is removed from office* A President is removed from office via the 25th Amendment* A President has a 2nd term in the White House come to an end… …no federal law enforcement officer may file a criminal indictment of their boss. Now, as I discuss in the video, it’s exceedingly freaking weird how many supposedly competent legal and political analysts on my TV and coming across my social media feeds have forgotten that federal agencies can’t indict the guy who runs the federal agencies. Water can’t rise higher than its own source and the nation’s chief law enforcement officer cannot be criminally prosecuted by the people who work for him. I'm not articulating some exotic or arcane legal theory here. This is a very well-established law. While in office, a president is immune from criminal charges or prosecution. However, after the President leaves office, the issue of whether he committed criminally chargeable conduct can arise. And if you want to charge a former President who is no longer in the White House for having committed crimes, you bear the burden of proving the criminal conduct you are alleging was not part of the President’s official duties and responsibilities. And surprisingly enough, because Jack Smith wants to claim that President Donald J. Trump committed chargeable crimes surrounding January 6 at the Capitol Building, he is currently having to wait to proceed with trials in Washington DC and Palm Beach as the Supreme Court prepares to rule on the presidential immunity issue. Trump claims that his actions on and surrounding J6 were part of his official duties as President, and many of the actions he took on that day were due to his fulfillment of presidential responsibilities. Trump is advancing the same immunity claims regarding the supposedly ‘still classified’ documents he took with him to his home at Mar A Lago when he left office in January 2021.However, people should not confuse apples with oranges when it comes to Biden and Trump’s current situations. Biden is currently in the White House. For all intents and purposes and appearances, Biden is the current President. Trump ceased being the President on January 20, 2021. Special Counsel Smith has brought multiple felony charges against Trump in two different venues now that Trump has left the White House. Special Counsel Robert Hur could not bring any charges against the Chief Executive of the Federal Branch of the United States Government. Hur did not bring any charges against Biden for stealing, illegally retaining, and exposing classified documents for years because Hur could not bring any charges. It is an ongoing mystery why Hur was not honest and felt the need to float a fake excuse for not bringing charges against Biden. All Hur had to say was, “I didn’t charge the President because you can’t charge the President.”Instead of that frank and truthful admission, he got some absurd song-and-dance about how a jury would never convict such a swell, old, senile man. I continue to be amazed by the chatter I see on X and other social media following p[R]esident Joe Biden’s recent State of the Union rant.One of the most depressing sights I've ever witnessed is the lack of concise thought and the way many people let themselves be misdirected because they don’t remember anything. If you were paying attention during the Clinton years - and I was - you learned why Special Counsel Ken Starr could not criminally charge his then-Chief Executive Bill Clinton with having committed the federal crime of suborning perjury. And then if you were again paying attention during President Donald J. Trump’s first term in the White House - and I was - you were **reminded** once again that no federal law enforcement officer can file a federal indictment targeting their boss, the Chief Executive. But what happened when Special Counsel Robert Hur released his findings in a report on Biden’s criminal theft of classified documents, and the Special Counsel decided to engage in a bit of misdirection by LYING about why he wasn’t going to file an indictment against the current Chief Executive? EVERYBODY FORGOT WHAT THEY ALREADY KNEW. No federal officer may criminally charge the Chief Executive of the federal branch of our government. Now, why Hur just didn’t come out and SAY THAT instead of doing this stupid and dishonest song-and-dance number about Dementia Joe being senile and a nice doddering old man no jury would convict? I HAVE NO IDEA. I can’t tell you why Hur did that instead of telling the truth.Perhaps someone should ask him if they get an opportunity. Like say, he gets in front of a Congressional Committee, and lawmakers get to ask questions. I would REALLY LIKE TO SEE someone, maybe Jim Jordan, James Comer, Matt Gaetz, Rand Paul or Thomas Massie ask Hur THIS IMPORTANT AND CONCISE QUESTION: “Special Counsel Hur, you state in your report that you decided not to file a criminal indictment against President Joe Biden because you didn’t think a jury would convict him, even though he was obviously guilty of several federal felonies. But isn’t it true that you have no ability whatsoever as a federal officer to file a criminal indictment against the current Chief Executive? Why didn’t you just say in your report that you are not able to indict the head of the government’s federal branch?I’d be **extremely interested** in what Hur’s answer to that question would be. I mean, wouldn’t you want to hear the answer, too? Why did Hur feel compelled to mislead the public about his decision not to do something he never had any ability to do in the first place? WHY lie about this? What’s the reason?INQUIRING MINDS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW.In the meantime, I’m still watching people on my TV and social media babbling that Biden is obviously competent to stand trial, so Hur and Garland need to file an indictment against him. Biden’s MENTAL COMPETENCY, or lack of it, was never the issue. Garland and Hur were never and are never going to indict Joe Biden because they CAN’T indict Joe Biden while he is in the White House.Confusion of thought leads people into chaos. During Screaming Joe’s recent State of the Union rant, a massive amount of controversy was generated by Donald J. Trump when he used Biden’s strange mention of how the COVID-19 vaccines created by Big Pharma were going be used in curing cancer to post this following message on Truth Social: You may have noticed while Republican leaders such as Governor Ron DeSantis and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton are taking tangible steps to expose the crimes committed against their citizens in Florida and Texas, Donald Trump is quite curiously AWOL on this issue. DeSantis has empaneled a state grand jury that is examining the manifest lies, misrepresentation, and censorship utilized to sell both the COVID pandemic and the Big Pharma vaccines to the citizens of Florida. That grand jury is still active and is issuing reports detailing its findings. AG Paxton in Texas has gone even further, having filed a lawsuit against Pfizer for essentially duping state citizens into taking its vaccine by making many easily provable false claims about its product. So, while some Republicans are taking steps to expose and attempt to bring accountability right now to those who seriously abused the American public during the recent Plandemic, presidential candidate Donald Trump has been for 3 1/2 years now maintaining an increasingly curious and strange “holding pattern” where he gives the same scripted response whenever the issue of the vaccines arises during this current 2024 campaign. Elements of Trump’s scripted response often include these elements: * “I did a fantastic job with Warp Speed. Only nine months to the vaccines! YOU’RE WELCOME!”* “Nobody else could have done it but me!”* “They were saying it would take five years to get vaccines for COVID! Five years of lockdowns! Didn’t happen, thanks to ME!”* “I didn’t mandate anything!”Naturally, hearing Trump repeat these same scripted responses for over three years now is wearing incredibly thin with many people for very understandable reasons. The COVID-19 vaccines are indeed killing and injuring millions of people worldwide. New vaccines and boosters are being rolled out periodically, with the same lying, deceptive government agencies partnering with the vaccine producers to encourage the public to get vaccinated. This encouragement includes celebrity stars who are hoping the public will follow into taking the new clot shots.In the video above, I explain why Donald Trump has been maintaining a stubborn ‘holding pattern’ on this very important issue for over three years now, DESPITE intense and ferocious pushback from many in his own base.Is something compelling him to stick with this scripted answer?
