Rideshare Rodeo Podcast (episode 432)
January 28th, 2025

On June 24th, 2024 Colorado SB24-0075 was passed into law. The law takes effect on Saturday February 1st, 2025. Now Uber is suing the state of Colorado, claiming its 1st amendment rights have been violated in the new Colorado gig app driver law. Stephanie Vigil authored the bill in the house of representatives, and Kevin Priola sponsored the bill in the state senate.
