Ep 90RB E90 - Running for State Senate District 26 | Claudia Agraz

E

On the latest episode of the "Ride Boundless" podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Claudia Agraz, a candidate running for State Senate District 26 in the November 8th election in Los Angeles, California. Claudia shared with me her motivations for running for office and her priorities as a candidate. Claudia decided to run for office after witnessing the negative impacts of certain policies and bureaucracy on businesses in California. She cited the overtaxing of businesses and the increase in crime as a result of Prop 47 and the removal of parental rights as major issues that prompted her to take action. As a candidate, Claudia is focused on public safety, keeping businesses in California, and protecting parental rights. She believes that these issues are critical to the well-being and prosperity of the state and its residents. Claudia's opponent, the incumbent, has consistently voted to eliminate parental rights in bills, allowing children to make their own mental, medical, and life-altering physical transformations without parental consent. The incumbent has also voted in favor of Bill AB 05, which would make it illegal for independent truckers in California to work independently. This could have a detrimental effect on our resources and food prices. If you live in District 26 neighborhoods, including Mid-City Hancock Park, East Hollywood, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock Highland Park, Pico-Union, City of Vernon, and all of NELA in the East Los Angeles neighborhoods, I encourage you to learn more about Claudia Agraz and consider supporting her campaign. You can visit her website at www.claudiaforsenateca.com for more information and to make donations. #schools #losangeles #statesenate #vote #rideboundless #dtla #silverlake

Ep 89RB E89 - Yacobucci | Camden Owen

E

Camden Owen Yacobucci, better known as "Yacobucci." He is an American musician born and raised in Akron, Ohio but currently based in Los Angeles, California. He started recording his music at 17 and released his first mixtape, "Strong Static," under his previous stage name, "Lil Yac." He was inspired when it came to music. It did something he could never explain. Yaco couldn't just listen to it; he needed to create it. In high school, he always tried to surround himself with music, so he joined the marching band and played the trombone. He could never really get into the songs they played; he got some affordable studio equipment and learned how to make his own. Soon after, he moved to Brooklyn, New York, to study Criminal Justice at St. Francis College. After classes, He would perform and record new music in his dorm room. Cam felt like an outcast at school and didn't talk to anyone. He often spent his time street performing in front of thousands of strangers in Times Square, underground subways, The Brooklyn Bridge, etc. This made his stage presence better, soon started performing in small venues. He decided to drop out of college after his first semester in 2018 to pursue his dream of music. Then he moved to Los Angeles to take his career to the next level. And pushes himself every day to make the best music possible and never considers quitting an option. With this mindset, he soon could see progress in his music career. E

Beachside Moto Club (BMC), founded in 2021, is a community focused Motorcycle Club based out of Santa Monica. Built up of 20 team members, BMC hosts monthly Saturday group motorcycle rides ranging from 100-150 motorcyclists. The experience begins at a local mom and pop coffee shop where riders can socialize with friends and meet new riders. Following that comes the parade ride which ends at a different local establishment each month, providing a fun atmosphere for all the riders to celebrate over lunch. The BMC experience offers a diverse and inclusive community of motorcyclists which makes it a friendly social environment for riders to find camaraderie. Adam Plax Co-Founder of BMC Adam Plax, 27, currently resides in Culver City, CA and is a High School Basketball Coach at Shalhevet High School and a personal basketball youth trainer. On his off time, he manages Beachside Moto Club as the primary event planner, co-host and social media manager. His motorcycle journey started in 2021 at his family home in Kernville. After going on a coastal trip with his father on their motorcycles, he was driven to get more involved in the motorcycle community. After being inspired by events like VVMC Sunday rides, LA Moto Social, and other motorcycle events, he took the leap with Franco to create Beachside Moto Club which has grown beyond expectations.
