On today’s episode, we shine the light on vulnerability and the fear of it. This feeling of vulnerability is a tough one for most people. It's hard to define, or to understand, and it's scary to practice. It takes a lot of trust and self-confidence to be vulnerable. Many of us can feel exposed or even feel strong feelings of shame or failure. One of the best resources, and leading expert on this topic, is Brene Brown and her book, The Power of Vulnerability. Brene explains vulnerability into four (4) areas: social, cognitive, environmental, and emotional.
