On today's spotlight Monday, Salli interviews Tina about addiction and substance abuse. Tina highlights the warning signs and introduces a helpful tool called the "C.A.G.E." assessment, which can be found at www.americanaddictioncenters.org. It is a 4 question assessment tool that can quickly help identify if someone is struggling with substance abuse. Tina reflects on Charli's story on episode 12 where Charli discussed how her first responder struggled with addiction due to traumatic work events and how he finally got help.
