SPOTLIGHT MONDAY: Camaraderie, Compassion, Creativity - Guardian Garage

On today's episode, we shine the light on a local resource called Guardian Garage, a safe place where first responders and veterans can feel connected and supported. We had the opportnity to meet Craig, a retired police officer, who along with his brother, turned a childhood passion for cars into a place where these two groups could have a creative outlet to deal with work related trauma and stress. Having first hand knowledge of the effects of this unresolved trauma, especially after retirement, he turned his shop into an environment where these two groups could customize vehicles, restoration projects and collectibles to redefine their purpose and find support. To learn more about Craig and Guardian Garage, follow them on Facebook at Craig At Guardiangarage ( https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100073370059544), and at www.guardiangarage.org. So, come ride along with us!
