The Carnegie Medal is the highest honor for civilian heroism in North America. A young man from Midway, PA is one of 16 winners of the award this year. Sgt. David Duffey, a graduate student at Slippery Rock University, was a guest on the Rick Dayton Show talking about how he lept into action along the PA Turnpike last year -- and now is being honored for his actions.
