Dr. Ryan Miller is a time management expert. He helps undergraduate, graduate and medical students at the University of Pennsylvania figure out how to be more productive at the Weingarten Center in Philadelphia. He says breaking down large projects into manageable smaller tasks is a great place to start. Others find success in breaking your day into one or two hour blocks.
