With Black Friday and Cyber Monday just a few days away, Karen Donovan, Senior Associate Dean at Duquesne University joined Rick Dayton on KDKA to talk marketing. She anticipates many sales on Friday -- averaging about 25 percent off retail price. She also says convenience, Buy Now/Pay Later options, and Buy On-Line/Pick-up at store alternatives. She says spending for the 2024 holiday season is predicted to be in the range of $9.8 billion.
