Show Notes
Most people would argue that there is a difference between giving some money to a charity and being a philanthropist. But Les Winston tells The Rick Dayton Show that is not necessarily true. Winston says there is a section of the IRS code that allows people to create trusts that will give them considerable tax advantages and income while they are alive. It also will create a philanthropic gift to the organization of your choice upon your death.
