CHIP is the Children's Health Insurance Program that was started by Highmark Health in Pittsburgh 30 years ago. Kobus was a guest on the Rick Dayton Show on KDKA to talk about the humble beginning of the program that now has become a federal program to provide insurance to children and families in need.
