In this episode of the Keto-Pro Podcast, Dr Anthony Chaffee the Free MD and I delve into the recent claims by Giorgi Dinkov on Dr. Mercola's Podcast that a long-term ketogenic lifestyles could be dangerous!
Dr. Chaffee and I took a look at the evidence presented and offer counter arguments and evidence to show the opposing side of the argument. Obviously, we are just responding to his podcast without Giorgi being able to respond, so take that as you will.
Giorgi and Dr. Chaffee had a friendly debate on the Brian Gryn podcast (below) that you can watch to see both sides in real time. Giorgi is a very intelligent and well-read individual, and his arguments need to be taken seriously, which is what I hope we have done here.
