Show Notes

Happy first week of Spring! Today we are sitting down with Chris Nikic, the first man with down syndrome to complete an Ironman triathlon, and his father Nik. Together we discuss how Chris overcame the mental and physical pain of training to accomplish his goals, and the rhythms he implements to become 1% better each day. There is so much we can take away from this conversation and apply to our daily lives.
