Rhythm & Wit is a podcast and video series where we discuss and explore the creative and artistic expressions of performers and artists in Oklahoma City and it's neighboring cities AKA the Greater Metro Area. In today's episode, we welcome special guest Rowan Weathers!

Rowan is a stand up comic, an improv actor and teacher, a future electrical engineer, as well as a singer, songwriter, guitar player and percussionist. We asked Rowan about how they got started in improv and comedy and what it's like studying to become an engineer while hosting their new monthly comedy show, Wampus Weathers Wednesdays.

Rowan also tells us about some of the challenges they and others face in the Oklahoma City improv scene and why it is important for us to try and cultivate a safe space for people to practice these kinds of artistic expressions.
