Helena Shannon is back on the show! Friend and client of Dr. Gertrude, she joined the show last year along with her husband to muse on their newlywed life, and now she’s here again to share how much she’s grown and evolved in the past year. Once becoming sober herself, she found a gap within online communities for those interested in alcohol-free living, so she created a successful sober-curious meetup group for young women in Chicago. Now she’s currently dipping her toes into the “mother curious” world.
