End Sanctions on Iran
The COVID-19 pandemic is a humanitarian crisis on a global scale, but not every government has an equal ability to respond. In Iran, the effects of US sanctions are devastating the population’s ability to adequately protect itself from the coronavirus. Observers estimate that every ten minutes an Iranian is dying. This is a man-made disaster for which the U.S. war machine bears the blame. Today we’re talking to members of NYC-DSA’s Anti-War Working Group about their campaign to end sanctions on Iran.
