Show Notes
Today’s episode is with Daniel Coates and we talk all about sound healing and breath work.
Daniel wasn’t always into sound healing and he stumbled across this particular mode of healing in 2006. He explains, “In 2006 I was living in London and working in an office doing I.T. I was catching the “Tube” to work and counting the hours till the end of the day. My music wanted to come out and the anxiety I felt going to work every day was my music’s cry from within to be released into the world.
That same year I reconnected with an old friend called Alexander Massey who was an Opera singer and Shaman. Alexander was doing something called “Dreamsounding” where he would get groups of people together and sing over there bodies with his resonant opera voice. I went for a session and was blown away. I experienced a major shift, unblocking of energy and a huge reduction in my stress levels.”
