Last week I got to interview my first mentor in natural health and wellness Ruben Tabares, and I am I am so glad I could get this man on the air for you.
Ruben is an extremely busy man training boxers and helping clients and it took me over a year to track him down, but I was determined to get him on the show because I know how powerful his message is, and also how full of knowledge he is. And as you’ll see, his passion is infectious.
He is the man that I have to thank for helping me put my 5 years of suffering behind me and opening my eyes to a world I never knew existed in terms of health, healing and ultimate wellness.
In the show we discussed:
The story of how Ruben helped me regain my health
Why supplement quality is key
Why superfoods are powerful for your health
Why health programs need to be unique to the individual
His journey through illness to performing the 400m for Great Britain
Why you should never use a microwave
The power of energy medicine
Why balance in life and diet is key & much more
As I mentioned above, I waited a long time to get Ruben on the show, and I am glad I persisted because he didn’t disappoint. He’ll be back on the show when his new books come out too.
