How do you go about choosing the best geographic farm in real estate? This is not a decision you want to rush. Selecting the wrong geo farm can mean frustration, unmet expectations, and low return on marketing spend.
To dominate your geographic farm as a REALTOR, you need to select the right area which is driven by both your interest in the community and the economic potential of the community or building. You'll also need to understand the competition in the area and choose the right number of homes to start with.
Also, you'll need to be mindful of the average price point and potential gross commission income in the area.
Finally, you'll need to reverse engineer your marketing spend for a given geo farm.
