To illustrate this, we unpack the Eisenhower Matrix (or Eisenhower Box). This framework, has you classify potential tasks into important & urgent, important & not urgent, not important & urgent, and not important and not urgent. We then discuss which one of these quadrants should occupy the majority of your time.
