In this episode, we are taking your questions! There are two questions on opposite ends of the spectrum. One is from a brand new real estate agent looking to understand how to hand one of the most common "new" agent objections. And the second deals with being too busy in real estate!
Question 1:
I'm a brand new agent and have not sold a house. I'm worried when I go to my first listing presentation that they will ask me how long I've been in real estate and for a list of my sales. How do I overcome this?
Question 2:
I'm crazy busy. I haven't had a day off in months and I'm not sure what to do. I'm selling homes this year but I don't seem to have enough time for anything else.
