Going into his 10th year in real estate, Danny Stewart is building a thriving business with an interesting team model.
He originally started his career in real estate as a means to increase his own personal knowledge about properties and acquisitions from an investment perspective, but after a few months of working as a Realtor, he realized that he wanted to pursue sales.
His primary market is the Laurentians, Québec (north of Montreal), but he also works in the city of Montreal and internationally.
In this discussion, Michael and Danny chat about his powerful team structure and how it benefits him on a daily basis. They discuss motivation and relying on others when times are tough. Finally, they dive into the environmental side of real estate and how agents can begin moving in a direction that preserves our world for the next generation.
