A U.S. military-built pier off Gaza's coast is being temporarily removed after part of the structure broke off, in the latest blow to efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to Palestinians. Mexico’s election frontrunner looks set to take a tough stance on cartels. And South Korea accuses the North of sending over balloons filled with trash and excrement.
