Jesus had healed the sick and fed the masses. But now a storm had taken the disciples into despair. The One who had provided for the people had now sent them out into the stormy waters. There seemed to be little purpose for their struggle. Had their situation escaped the watchful care of the Savior? The disciples would learn the lesson that confronts every believer today. We can trust the Son even when the storms of life hit.
