Knowing yourself, you need to know who you are and what do you need, and if you’re married what your spouse needs. This is something we need to know heading into retirement. What do we need? What do we want to do and where do we want to go. We spend a lot of time in our work life saying, “I’ll do that in retirement.” Well, you get to retirement and are you going to do that? Is it something you need? Is it a want or a desire? Brad helps us spell all of those out.
